The service runs end to end: from studying the business plan of the company or the project and building a transaction model, through shaping the transaction structure, preparing the marketing presentation and assembling the roadshow materials, to approaching investors, managing the dialogue with them and supporting the company opposite the professional advisors and through due diligence. We support the company fully through the negotiation and the commercial terms until the investment completes, tailoring the structure of the raise to the company's needs, characteristics and objectives.
