Mr. Even is the Chairman of Giza Singer Even.

 

Mr. Even specializes in business plan preparation, financial and strategic consulting, analysis and valuation of industrial, commercial, real estate, tourism, telecommunications and electronics firms.

 

Mr. Even is a former IDF Air Force aviator, has been engaged in consulting since 1989 and holds an MBA (Finance) from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Economics.

Mr. Philosoph is the Managing Partner of Giza Singer Even and the former CEO of Giza Singer Even Finance.

 

Mr. Philosoph is an expert in the field of Capital market, mergers and acquisitions company valuations and raising capital.

 

Prior to joining GSE, Mr. Philosoph served as an executive manager at KPMG Israel, and as CEO of a subsidiary within the IDB Group.

Prior to joining GSE, Mr. Rosenberg served as a senior principal at a private mezzanine fund, as head of the non commercial investments at Migdal insurance company and as a section manager at the business division of Bank Hapoalim.

Mr. Rosenberg  is an expert in financial analysis, valuations and economic of financial opinions and papers. he also founded and led GSE Analytical Research division.

Mr. Rosenberg holds an MBA and a BA in Economics, both from Ben-Gurion University.

He has been a lecturer at the MBA program at Ben-Gurion University for the past 13 years.

Mr. Amir specializes in funding real-estate, financial consulting, analysis and strategic planning, and debt syndication

Prior to this he served as Head of the Commercial Banking and Head of the Corporate Banking in Bank Hapoalim (2006-2013). At the same time, he served as a member of the board directory in BankPozitif  in Turkey (2009-2013). 
 

Mr. Amir holds a B.A in economy from Ben Gurion University, and Executive MBA in business management from Tel Aviv University.

Jacob Orbach joined GSE after 38 years in Israel’s largest bank, Bank Hapoalim, out of which 8 years as a member of the bank’s board of management and deputy CEO.

In his last role in the bank Jacob served as the head of the bank’s Corporate Division, managed the largest credit portfolio in Israeli financial markets and was in charge of the bank’s relationship with the largest business groups in Israel. Jacob has led, as part of his role as head of the Bank’s Business Division, some of the largest and most complex financing transactions in the Israeli market.

Prior to this role Jacob served as the bank’s chief internal auditor and in previous roles served as head of the Corporate and Commercial wings and additional roles.

Jacob has B.A in Economics from the University of Tel Aviv.

Mr. Goldberg is an expert financial consulting, business analysis and valuation and has experience of over 35 years in the fields of energy, traditional industries and the public sector.
